What Amit Shah said in the press conference
BJP called a press conference today before the closing of the election campaign. Amit Shah, BJP National president, addressed the PC first and informed about the rigorous campaign of Bharatiya Janata Party during all seven phases of Loksabha election 2019. Later, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also addressed the press conference. However, when questioned, he modestly forwarded it to Amit Shah, speaking that he is the party president.

Amit Shah told that BJP alone will win over 300 seats and the alliances will also join the league with extra seats in the Loksabha. Both Narendra Modi and Amit Shah were confident about the same. Amit Shah provided all necessary details of the total election campaign. He told that the Prime Minister himself traveled more than one lakh kilometers for the campaign. He added that he had a tour of more than 150 thousand kilometers during the same period.
While answering a question by a news reporter he informed that 80 BJP workers martyred in West Bengal. He blamed Mamta Banerjee led Trinamool Congress (TMC) for the political violence.
When asked about a recent comment of Pragya Singh Thakur, He told that the party has issued a show-cause notice to her and she has to appear before the disciplinary committee. The party will act as per its constitution. However, he condemned her speech.

What Narendra Modi said in the press conference
Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India, thanked 1.3 billion Indians to run such a wonderful democratic system. He urged the press reporters to bring the story to the world. He added that this would add glory to India. Indian election runs even with Ramzan and Navratri, exams and IPL.The press conference run viz a viz to that of Congress party, headed by Rahul Gandhi, Party president.
