शराब के नशे में राहगीरों को कुचला #समाचार #सड़क #दुर्घटना


कल रात जयपुर के एक वकील ने शराब के नशे में वाहन चलाते हुए राहगीरों को कुचल दिया। एक की घटनास्थल पर ही मौत हो गई जबकि एक व्यक्ति गंभीर रूप से घायल है. अभी कुछ ही दिनों पहले एक विधायक के लड़के ने इसी तरह शराब के नशे में गाड़ी चलाते हुए राहगीरों की जीवन लीला समाप्त कर दी थी. इस प्रकार की घटनाएं बढ़ती ही जा रही है और इन पर अभी तक अंकुश नहीं लग सका है.

पूरी दुनिया में सबसे ज्यादा सड़क दुर्घटना भारत में होती है और सड़क दुर्घटना में सबसे ज्यादा मरनेवाले लोग भी भारत के ही हैं. सख्त कानून के अभाव में बेलगाम वाहन चालकों और शराब के नशे में  गाड़ी चलानेवालों की संख्या बढ़ती ही जा रही है और इनके शिकार होते हैं मासूम और निरीह लोग. इस पर रोक लगाने के लिए सख्त कानून बनाने और उसे सख्ती से लागू करने की आवश्यकता है।

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has proposed mandatory disclosure in the valuation report including adequate information about the valuation and other aspects of the underlying assets of InvITs. Also, historical valuations of assets of the past three financial years should be disclosed. Information on the assumed factors while calculating the valuation such as discounting rate, tenure etc should also be given.
