Narendra Modi, Chief Minister, Gujrat announced rule for compulsory voting for the state of Gujrat. Gujrat Bill will be applicable in the coming local bodies electionIt is worth to note that Gulabi Nagar Vichar Manch had discussed the issue of compulsory voting long back on April 19, 2009.
